30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with original seals intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Health & Safety (Supplements/Edibles)

Due to the nature of our products, we prioritize customer safety. Any item that has been opened, had the heat-induction seal broken, or has been otherwise tampered with is not eligible for a return or refund. This is to ensure the integrity and safety of the products we provide to our community.

How to Start a Return

  1. Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  2. Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@dreamblend.us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged items, please include a photo of the damage and the packaging in your email.

Non-Returnable Items

In addition to opened supplements, certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food or snacks).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Hazardous materials (such as flammable liquids or gases).

Service Territory

Please note that DreamBlend currently only sells and ships to customers within the United States. We do not accept international returns or orders at this time.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund was approved.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
